how are you there , iam living in iraq in baghdad city and i work in the college of dentistry and i hope if you can help me to take an offer to continue my postgraduate study and i will be very happy when you answer me expecting the encoraging word to me.

You didn’t mention scholarship from whom? Where do you want to study? Europe, USA? It depend on what country you want to study in order to apply for a scholarship. If in Europe each European country has it own system about scholarships etc.
